Each CMI engagement is tailored specifically to address needs identified during an initial diagnostic phase, usually at the start of the engagement.  

Typically, we engage in a series of 1:1 and/or group sessions with the executives and in large organisations with their direct reports. This may be followed by sessions with groups of staff. Strategy Maps are produced and cascaded.

As a result of these sessions, each leader contributes to the development of an overall Strategy Map, the business scorecard and the Implementation Plan. Additionally. Development issues for each individual are identified and each builds his/her own Leadership Plan, linked to the Strategic Plan.

Each therefore has a clear roadmap to follow, with milestones and a defined timeframe. They know how success is to be measured and have in place the necessary tracking mechanisms.
