- Leadership Alignment and Development by means of strategy maps and balanced scorecards and by personal 1:1 leadership development.
- Creation of a team of Change Champions led by a Programme Manager; we educate these high potential future leaders into their role as Champions of Change.
- We work with you to create a comprehensive multi-media communications plan.
- We help you to measure the Customers', Sales Force's and Employee's "voices" and to create a Scorecard as a framework for translating strategy into operational terms thereby impacting on behaviour and performance. We deliberately ensure that all of these are connected to your Performance Management Process and to incentive plans.
- Skills and Process Improvement needed to deliver the new strategy. We believe it is a peculiar sort of insanity that thinks you can get improved results without improving skills and process. Investment in people and process are essential.
Our team helps the leadership team build an Implementation Plan aligned to your Strategy Map and to the business scorecard. We work with leaders at all levels to ensure that these critical actions are carried through effectively. We make sure links exist across divisions and that the process for delivering your product or service goes smoothly across divisions by means of our proprietary "Cross Check".
